Tracy received a M.S. in Health Promotion from the University of Oklahoma as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer. She completed her B.S. in Sports Medicine at Bowling Green State University.

Tracy is responsible for the management of FEMR. She is also responsible for the management of all Dr. Jimenez research endeavors, such as grant proposals and the generation of funding for research. Tracy is course coordinator for the annual Chicago Trauma Symposium.
